Shipping policy

When you place an order with i can c u yoga wear you will receive a handmade item. Almost all orders are custom orders as I am using your measurements. If the fabric is in stock creation can take up to a week, sometimes longer, depending on your order and details, handmade usually means it involves a lot of time, love and care. Some items might be in stock and are ready to ship. Once your item has shipped you will receive a shipping notification. UK deliveries are first class and will arrive quickly. From experience Europe, USA and the rest of the world usually take 5-10 working days, unfortunately this is out of my hands. Should an item get lost I will help trace it and discuss further steps. Head cover are usually shipped without tracking to save costs, but can be upgraded to tracked. In the past hardly any items went missing. Certainly a pandemic has slowed down the postal services and this could mean delays can occur. Also postal services have extended their terms, meaning they have a longer frame for an item to be classified as delayed or lost, should this be claimed. I understand you would love your item as fast as possible, me too but please be patient. Thank you
