This hat is superlight and easy to wear. Put the tube over the head, and tuck the fabric in at the back. Alternatively use it as a hairband. It is just a bit wider than the hairband. long enough to be tucked under. Ideal for heat sensitive, if you need a light cover foe white tantric yoga. To be honest I carry mine with me all the time. For sun protection, draft or when I fancy something on my crown.
